What follow are the first 25 milestones for entrepreneurial sustainability that I've compiled for myself, split into four sections.
The first section is meant to provide a foundation, the second section fortifies this position. The third section expands it, while the final fourth section invest in the previous three.
This will be what is called a living document as it will continue to be updated. Much of the descriptions below #10 are little more than placeholders. Nonetheless, I think this is a reasonable list of steps able to lead to success. I'll continue to add to this document as ideas unfurl.

# The Top 10
All of the following goals are mean to provide a solid foundation for creating and distrubiting content. To start with I seek getting paid platform access to applications such as Zapier, Calendly, Zencastr & Later. We round out the top ten with some equipment upgrades.
# #1 Calendly Pro
I've got a small collection of events to sell, tbh - starting with the ExoCTO Intro sessions. Sure, they're free, but what they lead to are possible 20-, 30, or 60-minute meetings. As well, there are the 5Qi conversations, as well as idioke sessions, I would like to schedule.
Each event having it's own workflow, and question set that needs to be asked. Calendly facilitates this by allowing me to ask a series of questions up-front, and being able to send a follow-up, after our meeting.
# #2 Zapier Starter Plan
This is where the automation really gets started ~ the Starter Plan allows me 20 Zaps, and up to 750 tasks run per month. I go a bit more in-depth in this post about My First Five Zaps; though the point is, on the Free Tier, I'm able to have 5 Zaps, and no more than 100 tasks run per month. Due to these constraints, I'm only implementing three Zaps presently. The idea being to identify what are the most optimized automations to reduce workload while increasing efficiency. So that I can find and converse with enough supporters to enable the acquisition of a Zapier Starter Plan.
# #3 Stripe Subscription Plugin
I tried using Donorbox to manage independent subscriptions from folks, and I have chosen Stripe after hearing too many stories about PayPal withholding money. I also like that they are more developer focused; as I aspire to build a more comprehensive digital store-front in the future.
This plugin is built by the same folks who created and maintain the current WP Stripe Plugin I'm using; it is merely an add-on. Though it will allow me to manage reoccuring payments using Stripe, and that's the ticket to starting to enable independent support!
# #4 Zapier Pro
Alright, I know it's a bit of a larger ask, but that Zapier Pro plan will really enable me to unleash some MASSIVE automations that include Custom Logic Paths.
This may enable me to reduce the number of tasks that are done, as if/then patterns can be utilized to pre-sort Stripe and Calendly tracking.
# #5 Zencastr
Zencastr is a platform that assures, as best can be done, that I get quality recordings when recording conversations with virtual guests.
In fact, using Zencastr, each guest has their own track being individually recorded. The pro-version will allow me to host unlimited guests, with unlimited hours of recording!!
# #6 Sound Padding
Sound Padding will improve the sound quality of the recording space. Once the set-up is paid for this chunk of proceeds will be split into an Equipment Fund, and Long-term Savings.
# #7 Mic Upgrade
Mic Upgrade means getting a real microphone set-up. Once the set-up is paid for this chunk of proceeds will be split into an Equipment Fund, and Long-term Savings.
# #8 Phone Bill
The Phone Bill ~ I can get off the Claro Pre-pay plan, into Post-Pago, as it is called down here in Colombia. This will help me build my credit, as well as get me 15GB of data per month with unlimited WhatsApp & Instagram.
# #9 Later
Later ~ this platform will allow me to schedule my posts. It costs $8 per month.
The primary application of focus being the planning of Instagram posts; video content of which can be recycled to Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn.
# #10 Rebel Labs Server
Rebel Labs Cloud Space ~ space will be purchased through Digital Ocean to host the Rebel Labs, and maintain expansion.
# The Center 7
Now that I've got the business basics covered, I start lookin' to displace life costs. The thought being that I am already displaying these costs by teaching English classes. And ought to be able to displace these costs by ExoCTO labor. Tthough if I can demonstrate enough support to displace these costs through content creation. That'd be pretty cool.
# #11 Internet Bill
